Terms of Sale

These terms cover Colorloom, a Practical Byte Apps project, operating the store at color.practicalbyteapps.com. Buying a pack means agreeing to them.
What you are buying
A pack is a one-time purchase that unlocks a fixed set of colouring pages in your account, for as long as the store runs. It is not a subscription. Nothing recurs and nothing renews. The price shown on the button is before sales tax, which is calculated and added at checkout based on where you are.
Your account
Packs are tied to the account you were signed in as when you bought them. Keep access to that email address — it is how the store knows the pack is yours. Accounts are for one person. You are responsible for what happens under yours.
What you may do with the artwork
- Colour it, save it, print it — as many times as you like, for as long as you like.
- Share what you made — post your finished pages anywhere, including publicly. You do not owe us a credit, though we like seeing them.
- Print copies for a classroom, a group or a family — go ahead.
What you may not do
- Resell, redistribute or give away the blank line art, the digital files, or your account access.
- Use the blank line art as stock, in a product for sale, or as training data for a model.
- Sell finished coloured pages as if the artwork were your own.
Put simply: the colouring you do is yours; the drawings underneath stay ours.
Refunds
Fourteen days, no questions asked. The full policy is on the refunds page and forms part of these terms.
Availability
We intend to keep the store running and your packs open indefinitely, but this is a small operation and we cannot promise forever. If the store ever shuts down, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email to everyone holding a pack, and a way to download your pages before it goes.
Short interruptions for maintenance or from a provider outage are not a failure of these terms and are not grounds for a refund on their own — though if one lands inside your 14 days, the refund policy still applies as written.
Artwork and AI
The artwork in these packs is produced with the help of generative AI tools and then reworked, corrected and finished by hand before it reaches the store. We mention this because buyers deserve to know how what they are buying was made.
The legal minimum
The store is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to a purchase is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law where you live.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. A change never applies backwards to a purchase already made.
