What to include

The email address you signed in with, and which pack you are asking about. That is usually enough to sort anything out in a single reply.

Common things

• You want a refund. Say so and name the pack — no reason needed inside 14 days. See the refund policy.
• You paid and the pack did not unlock. Send the receipt Stripe emailed you. This is nearly always fixed the same day.
• A page will not open or looks wrong. Tell us the page name and what device and browser you are on. A screenshot helps more than a description.
• You want your data or your account deleted. Ask, and it is done. See privacy.
